The reason for the name change of the blog is that it is part of a bigger project, that is on the way to you. I'm tying everything that I do for a living. My writing, plus my health and fitness. I'm looking to help a lot of people and animals along the path.

Happy Veteran's Day

Thank you to the men and women who served this Country. Without you, we would not have our freedom. Thank you for protecting us. You will not be forgotten. I'm proud of all of us veterans. I'm one too. My father, who passed, was a WW II veteran. Love you Dad. RIP.

Big Project Ahead!

I got a lot of anxiety as I am looking to move this blog into a much bigger project and change the name of it as well. I'm not giving away this project. You will see it, once it is a legal internet business. I'm putting one foot in front of the other walking this through.

While being a writer, a CPT specializing in weight loss and a Spin Instructor, I'm not new to being scared stepping out into the unknown. This is needed to grow. Without this, you don't have answers.  With answers, you have more to work with and you reach your goals.

Zumba

I went to Zumba tonight and I really enjoy it. The dancer in me comes out.  I'm free. It's cultural and I burned  over 500 calories.

The other nice thing about Zumba is that everyone can do it. Kids, adults, the elderly and the disabled. Texas hold a Miss Wheelchair Zumba contest once a year. The winner gets crowned Miss Wheelchair Zumba for the whole year.  Join in at www.zumba.com.  Choose your instructor in your location with your adaptation.

Textbroker I have been writing here for three years now. I have private clients. They take new writers. Free to sign up. Everyone is approved. They have a $10. redemption limit. You get paid once a week on Fridays, through Paypal. You could earn very good cash here, content writing.

Zerys It's free to sign up for content writing. You do have to pass a test that they give you. If you are a good writer, you can earn more than $500 a month. Your clients who like your writing here, can order directly from you at your price. This is one classy place to write for.
